Job Description
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- 3 years of scientific leadership experience
- Experience conducting routine laboratory experiments e.g. HPLC DSC PXRD spectroscopy solubility determinations dissolution testing suspension processing etc. in a timely and productive manner with consistent quality output.
- Ability to follow procedures reliably and consistently and ability to recognize and elevate relevant issues as appropriate
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail ability to lead and train team members and a positive attitude
Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration
- 34 years of related leadership experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:
The position is fulltime onsite. Overtime will be required on a rotational basis to cover weekend Bioreactor sampling and occasional offshift operations. Candidates living within a commutable distance of La Jolla CA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
