Job Description
For our client we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Poland. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud especially in tools like Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Mobile Studio and AMPscript.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio and Mobile Studio.
- Implement integrations with platforms such as WhatsApp KakaoTalk and Line.
- Produce scalable reusable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Review existing implementations and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation and log technical debt to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure working endtoend processes and features.
- Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.
- Collaborate with the agile team to understand refine and estimate requirements.
- Ensure bug fixing and issue resolution.
- Ensure traceability through Jira (agile project management tool).
- Actively participate in regular agile meetings such as Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
- A skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer with solid experience in Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Mobile Studio and AMPscript.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPscript SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Cloud Pages and serverside scripting.
- Strong knowledge of data extensions segmentation and relational databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email and SMS deliverability.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and responsive email design.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM or other platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Developer Email Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and attention to detail skills.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies with experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in English.
