Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters providing expert legal guidance and advocacy for clients.
This role will involve negotiating agreements drafting contracts and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout all stages of legal proceedings.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to clients in family law matters.
- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation research and client communications.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts agreements and reports.
- Represent clients in family law court proceedings including litigation and negotiations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law with a focus on litigation and client representation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
