Job Description

As a R&D Formulator you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as assisting with customer challenges
- Developing new solventbased technologies based on customer needs
- Evaluating raw materials and optimizing formulations for costsavings opportunities
- Providing technical support to manufacturing
- Publishing project reports and other documents direct to sales and customers
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
Qualifications :
To perform your job as expected you will be required to:
- Have strong math and science skills
- Be a proficient recordkeeper
- Have good and effective written reading comprehension and verbal skills
- Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions
In addition to these qualifications we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of Flexo & Gravure printing processes
- 5 years of jobrelated experience
- Ink and coating formulation experience
- SAP experience
- Knowledge & experience with GC GC/MS FTIR Karl Fischer etc.
