Job Description
In this role youll be at the heart of our billing operations function ensuring the accurate and timely of our billing services. Youll generate invoices per agreed customer SLAs and internal deadlines manage exceptions and resolve errors across relevant systems to ensure accurate billing. Your proactive approach will help maintain our Customer Issues register and respond to any customer queries associated with assigned invoiceables in a timely manner.
But thats not all! Youll also play a crucial role in our White Label Billing Services completing relevant prebilling checks on customer data to ensure accuracy before the monthly billing run. Youll generate invoicing and assist our Account Specialist with any incoming queries or escalations. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining uptodate Billing Business Day Schedules working with the Billing Specialist to maintain documentation for billing processes and procedures and communicating with the Billing Team Lead about any system or process issues (including the testing of any software updates).

Qualifications :

- An understanding of the New Zealand electricity and gas markets is a plus.
- A strong technical understanding of metering switching and billing.
- Proven analytical skills and a positive cando attitude.
