Junior Finance Operations Associate (VerticalSpecific)
Location: Karachi
Department: Finance Division: Operational Support
Reports To: Finance Specialist (Assigned Vertical)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Finance Operations Associate to support financial transactions compliance and operational efficiency within the finance department. This role ensures accurate financial recordkeeping timely processing of transactions and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions & Data Entry
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank accounts ledger balances and financial records to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain financial documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support payroll processing tax filings and reconciliations under the guidance of the Finance Specialist.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle routine financerelated administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
23 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.
Preferred:
Interest in pursuing professional finance qualifications (exam sponsorship and study leave available).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
