Job Description
About:
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a great practice that is growing in Crozet VA. Our practice offers a wonderful office culture work flexibility and attractive pay & benefits Our hygienists enjoy working at the practice and have great relationships with patients and handle 1 column of hygiene. We haves 3 other RDHs who have been there on average of 5 years.

Your Average Day:
- Review oral Health History and conduct initial mouth screening
- Educating patients on proper teeth and gum care and the importance of diet on oral health
- Taking Xrays and developing dental impressions and radiographs of teeth
- Removing plaque cleaning teeth and helping to prevent gum disease
- Supporting the Dentist on all aspects of dental care
- Collecting medical and dental histories from patients
- Applying preventive materials to the teeth such as sealants & fluoride
You Have:
- An indepth knowledge of medicine dentistry dental health and safety regulations
- Experience as a Dental Hygienist
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of infection control guidelines set forth by CCHC/OHSA/ADA.
- Knowledge HIPPA regulations

Hours: 32 36 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday OR Monday to Thursday
License/Certification:
- Virginia Hygiene License
- Practice will help with Licensing If moving from out of state
