Job Description

Position: Office Services / HR Coordinator

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Services Coordinator to work onsite in Memphis TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office services and facilities including maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and oversee office moves and renovations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
  • Assist with HR Activities including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and office databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage and maintain office security and access control systems
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Backup Reception duties

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in office management or related field
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
