Position: Office Services / HR Coordinator
TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Services Coordinator to work onsite in Memphis TN.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office services and facilities including maintenance supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and oversee office moves and renovations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Assist with HR Activities including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain and update employee records and office databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage and maintain office security and access control systems
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Backup Reception duties
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in office management or related field
- Experience working with confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
