Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Peterborough NH
Salary: $67000 $90000 per year (dependent on experience)
Shift: Days no weekends or holidays 37.5 hours per week salaried position)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and provide therapy treatments for pediatric to geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves planning treatment establishing goals and collaborating with referring providers patients families and caregivers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide therapy treatments and assess effectiveness
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
- Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy assistants
- Participate in department education student training and hospitalwide initiatives
