Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee and manage our assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive assembly particularly with Tuk Tuks and motorcycles. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at the assembly plant ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead a team of assembly technicians and provide training guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock of necessary parts.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the assembly process and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet the companys standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance and operations to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in automotive assembly with specific knowledge of Tuk Tuks and motorcycles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
