Job Description
We are looking for a motivated buyers agent who is passionate about making the homebuying experience great. You will contact prequalified leads show properties facilitate the negotiation process and make that final sale for the buyers dream home. - Prepare representation contracts purchase agreements closing statements deeds and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Follow up with leads via email phone and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus)
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the areas real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
