StretchLab is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our new StretchLab Studio.

StretchLab Bethany is a boutique fitness and wellness studio seeking an energetic experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

At StretchLab we specialize in personalized oneonone assisted stretching sessions. Our cofounders with backgrounds deeply rooted in the personal training industry have crafted a range of offerings aimed at empowering our clients to lead lives of longevity and vitality. Weve assembled a team of toptier experts certified in various complementary disciplines including physical therapy chiropractic medicine yoga Pilates and more to deliver the highest standard of care and expertise.

With over 400 locations already making a difference nationwide and an additional 900 set to open their doors this year StretchLab is rapidly expanding its footprint and impact across the country.

POSITION:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 8090 sales and 1020 staff management and studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
  • Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell
  • Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner and area manager
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person on the telephone and via email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized proficient in data management ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional punctual reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking with businesses
  • Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Directly coordinate with all vendors ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Help train & supervise Sales Associates and Flexologists
  • Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM) to include time clock reports payroll reports etc.
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Ensure all forms administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting pay $20 per hour
  • Commission on membership sales
  • Commission on retail sales
  • Bonus tiers
