Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of machines at customer locations ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.
Customer Training: Train customer personnel on machine operation service and preventative maintenance empowering them to maximize machine performance.
Technical Service & Recommendations: Perform technical checks on machinery and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations.
Travel & Flexibility: Travel extensively across North America (about 75 of the time) to service customer sites helping build strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- What You Bring:
Experience: While experience in polymer and plastics processing is preferred its not required. What matters most is your passion for technology and problemsolving.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HMI drives and microprocessor programmable controllers is a plus.
Engineering Background: Experience in electrical electronics or mechanical engineering is highly preferred but were also open to candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.
Requirements:
OSHA certification
Forklift certification
Essential Job Functions:
Frequently positioning oneself to perform work tasks
This position operates tools objects and controls as necessary
Must be able to move up to 50lbs
