Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs We are seeking a KS1 (Early Years Curriculum) SEND Class Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners while working in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Fulltime Fixed Term 1 Year Maternity Cover)
Start Date: 1st July 2025

Your Role: As our new KS1 (Early Years Curriculum) SEND Class Teacher you will:

  • Motivate encourage and inspire children to develop independence and selfesteem.
  • Deliver engaging and purposeful learning experiences that capture childrens imaginations and innate sense of fun.
  • Foster a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive socially emotionally and academically.
  • Set high expectations for achievement and behaviour while celebrating individual successes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance the learning experience and promote a positive school culture.
