Job Description

A supportive Church of England School in Richmond is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join our Humanities department on a parttime basis. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore the world through a Christian lens.

About Our Learning Community:

Our school values geographical understanding and encourages students to explore environmental and social issues.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and ALevel.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cover a wide range of geographical concepts and techniques.
  • Facilitate fieldwork data analysis and studentled projects.
  • Assess student progress through fieldwork reports presentations and examinations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the geography curriculum.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher with a strong background in Geography.
  • Experience teaching geography at the secondary level.
  • Proficiency in fieldwork techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
