Job Description
A supportive Church of England School in Richmond is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join our Humanities department on a parttime basis. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to explore the world through a Christian lens.
About Our Learning Community:
Our school values geographical understanding and encourages students to explore environmental and social issues.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and ALevel.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cover a wide range of geographical concepts and techniques.
- Facilitate fieldwork data analysis and studentled projects.
- Assess student progress through fieldwork reports presentations and examinations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the geography curriculum.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher with a strong background in Geography.
- Experience teaching geography at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in fieldwork techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
