Job Description
A caring Catholic School in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to inspire our students creativity and performance skills within a faithbased environment. We are looking for an educator who can foster a love of theatre and drama.
About Our Learning Community:
Our school values creative expression and provides excellent theatre facilities.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and ALevel.
- Develop and implement lesson plans covering acting directing and theatre studies.
- Facilitate studentled drama productions and workshops.
- Assess student progress through performances presentations and written evaluations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the drama curriculum.
- Organize and lead extracurricular drama clubs and productions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Drama.
- Extensive experience teaching drama at the secondary level preferably in a faith school setting.
- Proficiency in acting directing and theatre studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
