About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5 including GCSE and ALevel.
- Develop and implement lesson plans covering psychological theories research methods and ethical considerations.
- Facilitate studentled discussions and research projects.
- Assess student progress through essays presentations and examinations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field.
- Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level preferably in a faith school setting.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
- A passion for fostering psychological understanding and critical thinking.
