Position: Trainer (Turkish)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and refine training materials and program structures to ensure comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures for team members.
- Develop performance improvement plans and establish relevant KPIs to improve training quality and effectiveness.
- Train staff on specific procedures and controls fostering an environment that supports professional development and high performance.
- Inspire and encourage trainees by providing constructive feedback to both individuals and management promoting continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain training programs for new hires and existing team members working with managers to address individual training needs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements and ensure training programs meet both individual and team needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Turkish (C2 both oral and written.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional working proficiency in English and another language.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- A positive outlook with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Patience and a passion for coaching with a commitment to developing others.
- Previous experience in the gaming or casino industry is a plus.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for casino roles or similar positions.
- Professional certifications or qualifications related to gaming operations or instructional design.
