About the Role

As a Nursery Teacher you will be at the heart of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guiding children through their early years and laying the foundations for a love of learning. Youll create a rich engaging and inclusive learning environment where young children feel safe happy and excited to explore. Your role will involve supporting the holistic development of children aged 35 using playbased and childcentered approaches to teach nurture and challenge.

What Youll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and excite young learners in a playbased environment.
• Supporting childrens holistic development including their social emotional physical and cognitive growth while following the EYFS curriculum.
• Creating a stimulating welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
• Monitoring childrens progress and working closely with parents to ensure that each childs individual needs are met.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues parents and external agencies to ensure that childrens development is supported in all areas.
• Encouraging childrens independence curiosity and creativity through handson activities outdoor play and structured learning.
• Providing a high level of care and support ensuring children feel safe happy and confident in their learning journey.

What Were Looking For

• A qualified teacher with QTS or an equivalent Early Years qualification with experience in teaching young children.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Passion for working with young children and the ability to create an exciting and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
• Experience with differentiating learning to meet the needs of children at various developmental stages.
• A nurturing and patient approach to teaching with the ability to build strong trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences and promoting the social emotional and academic growth of children.
