A forwardthinking primary school in Barnet is looking for an experienced and compassionate SENCo to join their team in September 2025. This fulltime permanent position is an excellent opportunity to lead on special educational needs provision and make a real difference to the lives of students.

The Role:
- Oversee and manage the SEN provision across the school
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support students with special educational needs
- Ensure that all students have equal access to a highquality education
- Develop and implement individual learning plans for students
- Lead staff training on best practices for supporting SEN students
