Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingB2B solution providerwho are looking to recruit Turkishspeaking Floor Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.
Position:Floor Supervisor
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly identify and resolve any game or staffrelated incidents to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork with Floor Supervisors OCR Team Workforce Team and other departments.
- Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio by inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during their designated shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Monitor and assess staff appearance ensuring adherence to the established dress code.
- Oversee game presenters and shufflers activities ensuring smooth game rotations and compliance with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipmentrelated procedures.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
