Physics Teacher HighAchieving Secondary School Slough April Start

Location: Slough
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Physics Teacher to join a highachieving secondary school in Slough. Your Role as Physics Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and highquality Physics lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5 (if applicable).
  • Teach a range of topics including forces energy waves and electricity while fostering critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Provide practical opportunities for students to apply theoretical knowledge in the laboratory encouraging inquirybased learning.
  • Support students in preparing for exams providing targeted intervention for those who need additional help.
  • Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum ensuring it is up to date and relevant to the needs of students.

Who Were Looking For:

  • A qualified Physics Teacher with a passion for the subject and teaching.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across a wide range of topics in Physics.
  • Experience in teaching Physics at KS3 KS4 and potentially KS5.
  • A creative and engaging approach to teaching with a focus on handson learning and realworld applications of Physics.
  • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
