Job Description
Would you like to be part of a startup within an established company At Axpo Services EMEA youll lead SAP operations ensuring system security availability and performance. Based in Madrid you will collaborate with SAP experts and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and optimize our SAP ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Serve as the single point of contact for ERP operations.
- Act as the Technical Owner for SAP operations ensuring system availability and performance.
- Manage multilandscape environments including system refreshes and upgrades.
- Lead technical operations for SAP S/4HANA Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Develop and implement ITILbased SAP operational best practices.
- Collaborate with SAP representatives and lead SAP Basis and Cloud ALM functions.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience with SAP ECS teams and knowledge of Azure SAP Ariba and ITIL practices.
- A great advantage will be working in a SAP RISE support model
- Strong teamwork and customeroriented mindset in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and solutionfocused approach to operational challenges.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
