Job Description:
- Resource will manage leadership and support / nonagent hiring across all sites
- Team Management: 2 FT recruiters
- At least 12 years of supervisory experience
- Must have experience in corporate/nonagent hiring across all band levels (executive roles is a plus)
- Preferably with IT recruitment experience
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Work Set Up: Onsite
- Location: can be based either in Makati or FV (must be willing to travel)
- Shift: Predominantly mid shift; must be open to late mid shift 4pm 5pm start of shift)
- Direct Supervisor: TA Director
- Selection:
- Initial Screening: Jerico
- 1st/Final Interview: TA Director / HR Head (may potentially be a panel interview)
- Note: not totally inclined with candidates who have done remote/US hiring only.
