Sales/Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale) plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing strong relationships with wholesale partners analyzing market trends and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires proactive client management competitive market research and effective contract negotiation to maximize business opportunities while ensuring alignment with hotel policies and service standards.
Responsibilities
Operational:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Handle inquiries negotiate contracts and customize proposals to meet client needs.
- Ensure all agreements and sales activities comply with hotel policies and procedures.
- Optimize revenue by utilizing upselling techniques and achieving personal sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless of wholesale bookings.
- Implement credit and collection procedures while maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
Marketing:
- Identify emerging market trends and provide recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
- Support the development and of promotional campaigns to enhance wholesale business.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales agreements contracts and client interactions.
- Ensure timely issuance of sales contracts and maintain an updated database of wholesale accounts.
- Submit regular sales activity reports and updates to management.
General:
- Adhere to hotel policies and regulations related to safety hygiene and compliance.
- Maintain a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in meetings training sessions and other company initiatives as required.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role preferably in a large fast paced luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
- Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
