Tasks
- Innovative FullStack Development: Contribute to building modern web applications using both front and backend technologies.
- HandsOn EndtoEnd Involvement: Take ownership of your projectsfrom gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with design product and engineering teams to refine and improve our system architecture.
- Performance & Scalability Focus: Learn to analyze optimize and scale systems to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Continuous Learning & Contribution: Engage in code reviews share your ideas and push yourself to go the extra mile in a supportive fastpaced startup environment.
Requirements
- First handson experience in fullstack development through projects internships or academic work using modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g. Express.js/Node.js Python)
- Growth mindset being highly motivated proactive and eager to learn ready to take ownership and go the extra mile to excel in a fastpaced startup environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies; experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus (Shape Up experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a passion for writing clean maintainable code
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluency in English and good command of German
