Job Description

Opportunities & Exposure

1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management

Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed online tool
Enhance communication & marketing of new tool Support rollout of tool to new sites within APAC
Provide training to internal & external team within APAC
Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claims

 

2. Drive improvement in data quality management

Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Ceva) to fulfil customers expectation
Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies
Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking/ reporting and follow up of KPIs and actions plan


Qualifications :

Requirements
Able to commit 6 months of internship
Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus)
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong Project Management and Change Management skills
Continuous improvement oriented open minded & Team player
Customer and result oriented
