Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Transcribe audio recordings in realtime accurately documenting patients medical information in electronic health records (EHR).
- Send transcriptions for approval by healthcare providers ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the recorded information
- Transmit transcriptions to appropriate medical facilities facilitating efficient and timely communication between healthcare professionals
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the podiatry clinic.
- Candidate should have minimum of 2 years experience in medical scribing or medical transcription
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Fast and accurate typist capable of typing no less than 45 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive medical documentation.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good internet service and internetsavvy enabling efficient communication and access to electronic health records systems.
