As a WordPress Developer in our innovative team you ll play a crucial role in crafting responsive userfriendly websites that make a real impact for our business clients. You ll leverage your expertise in WordPress and Elementor to build mobileoptimized sites that stand out in today s digital landscape. Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and custom coding techniques
  
• Ensure optimal mobile performance and user experience across all devices
  
• Collaborate with team members in daily and weekly meetings to discuss project progress and overcome challenges
  
• Provide comprehensive daily reports on work accomplished and maintain meticulous documentation
  
• Adapt swiftly to evolving project requirements and eagerly learn new technologies as needed
  
• Quickly identify and resolve website issues maintaining high standards of performance and functionality
  
• Implement industry best practices for website performance security and SEO optimization
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
  
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions for our clients
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in WordPress development including advanced theme customization and plugin integration
  
• Proven experience being organized enough to handle multiple projects 24/week) with a standard completion life cycle of 1 project/week
  
• Expertlevel proficiency with Elementor page builder and its pro features
  
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques
  
• Experience with Hostinger hosting platform and optimizing WordPress sites for various hosting environments
  
• Working knowledge of Figma for seamless collaboration with design teams
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a knack for critical thinking to overcome complex development challenges
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality
  
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal for effective team collaboration and client interactions
  
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
  
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the everevolving web development landscape
  
• Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git
  
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in WordPress development
  
• Experience with WooCommerce or other ecommerce platforms is a plus
  
• Knowledge of Shopify development is advantageous but not required
