Process Optimisation & Sales Enablement
Leverage sales enablement tools and automation to improve processes and team productivity
Work with product teams to integrate customer insights into product development.
Optimize employee engagement strategies improving product knowledge and onboarding time
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
5 years in marketing inbound sales or a related field (preferably SaaS fintech or techdriven)
Proven track record in digital marketing lead generation and revenue growth.
Experience with multichannel campaigns SEO paid media and automation tools.
Handson with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Strong background in team leadership datadriven coaching and CRO strategies.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic mindset with expertise in marketing and sales optimization.
Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and improve performance.
Excellent communication & collaboration across teams.
Proficiency in automation inbound sales and lead nurturing.
