Job Description
Scheduling to execute all of the terminals pickups and deliveries
Payroll for drivers
Responsible in working in an efficient and cost effective manner making improvements as needed
Verify equipment and driver availability including start times.
Dealing with customers drivers central dispatch Terminal Manager etc.
Supervisory duties include all city drivers 4 brokers and 1 daycab truck driver
Some dock work required
Schedule outbound freight
Other duties may be assigned

A thorough working knowledge of the region you work in is the biggest asset
