Provide technical and functional services in support of Maximo (Maximo Application Suite and 7.6.1.3
including optimization and tailoring via configuration using all supported methods provided by IBM:
1. Application Designer
2. Database Configuration
3. Security Configuration
4. Maximo Integration Framework and Maximo REST web service Application Programming
Interfaces (API)
5. Maximo Infrastructure Support
6. Conditional UI (User Interface)
7. Escalations & Email Alerts
8. Start Centers with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Workflow Assignments and actionable
Result Sets
9. Automation Scripts
10. Workflow Designer
11. Migration management
12. Class Extensions
13. BIRT and Cognos report development
14. Managing applying and verifying Maximo upgrades or program patches
15. Integrating Maximo with Esri Geographic Information System (GIS) applications
16. Maximo mobile solution: mobile web and mobile apps
17. Other technical issues as they arise
