This role is a senior professional (PT) salary banding.
As a Digital 2nd line support engineer you will....
- Lead the technical triage and management of technical related incidents
- Proactively support and maintain the companys current and future digital products
- Work with internal and external parties to maintain site and application reliability
- Create and maintain relevant monitors / metrics in regards to digital applications and websites
- Support deployment processes through change control and associated DevOps tooling
- Work closely with IT security to monitor and maintain site and application security
What you will bring...
- Experience in Supporting and Implementing Digital solutions
- Experience and knowledge of:
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting
- Web Application support
- Common application monitoring tools
- Domain Management
- SSL Certificates
- Security
- Investigating/Troubleshooting IT Server Infrastructure related incidents
