Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Atlanta GA. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring satisfaction and overseeing the successful delivery of services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs provide tailored solutions and help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain longterm relationships with key clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns
- Oversee the successful of client projects and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Develop strategic account plans to ensure client growth and retention
- Monitor and report on account performance identifying areas for growth
- Prepare and present reports proposals and presentations for clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as needed
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar clientfacing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
