Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support to Polishspeaking users via phone email and chat ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues to minimize disruption and ensure smooth operations.
  • Log and track all service desk tickets ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to specialized support teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide guidance to users on IT systems and applications ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to solve basic technical problems independently.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify recurring issues suggest improvements and contribute to longterm solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of user satisfaction through clear communication timely responses and proactive issue resolution.
  • Stay current with industry trends new technologies and company updates to ensure accurate and uptodate support.
  • Ensure all service desk activities align with IT policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in a service desk helpdesk or IT support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware software and networking systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to nontechnical users.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on providing efficient support in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with service management and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
