Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Italianspeaking clients ensuring clear professional and timely communication.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients addressing inquiries issues and requests.
- Assist in onboarding new clients ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Handle client feedback concerns and escalations with a solutionoriented approach.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or areas of improvement.
- Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system for effective followup.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to clients as needed ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Contribute ideas to improve client relations processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in a client relations account management or customer support role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
