Job Title: Italianspeaking Client Relations Coordinator (Maltabased)

Location: Malta (Local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Italianspeaking clients ensuring clear professional and timely communication.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients addressing inquiries issues and requests.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Handle client feedback concerns and escalations with a solutionoriented approach.
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or areas of improvement.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system for effective followup.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to clients as needed ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contribute ideas to improve client relations processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in a client relations account management or customer support role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • A clientfirst mentality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
