RN Telemetry Float Pool
FullTime 36Hour Weeks 12Hour Shifts
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $78000 $145000 per year
- $15000 Hiring Bonus & Relocation Assistance for eligible external candidates

About the Role:
As a Telemetry Float RN you will:
Deliver Exceptional Care: Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in alignment with evidencebased practices.
Advocate for Patients: Partner in care planning to uphold the dignity values and beliefs of the patients we serve.
Promote Safety & Quality: Identify and correct safety issues while integrating best practices to improve patient outcomes.
Educate & Lead: Foster learning for patients families and team members while modeling professionalism in the care setting.
Engage in Professional Growth: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay aligned with the highest nursing standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington State RN License (upon hire)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- NRP Certification (American Academy of Pediatrics)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a Telemetry/MedSurg environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty (preferred but not required)
