Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Rehab
Location: Keene NH
Shift Type: Days
Annual Salary: $66000 $100000 (based on experience)
Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. This role requires knowledge of human growth and development allowing the PT to treat patients across various age groups. The PT will coordinate care with the healthcare team ensure accurate patient documentation and contribute to quality assessment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen evaluate reevaluate and provide therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate an understanding of human growth and development in patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate treatment plans effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely patientrelated documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality assessment standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
- BLS certification required.
- At least 1 year of working experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
