Description:
We are looking for a Center Manager (Case Manager) to oversee operations at a leading national rehabilitation clinic. This role involves managing daily clinic activities ensuring exceptional patient care and supervising both clinical and administrative teams. The Center Manager will enhance workflow efficiency uphold regulatory compliance and cultivate a positive team environment. Key responsibilities also include optimizing clinic performance mentoring staff and developing training programs to promote clinical excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE accredited or equivalent for international candidates)
- Licensure: Active state licensure/registration where applicable.
- Previous experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy setting
- Proven management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance financial management and operational efficiency
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Frequent walking bending standing and reaching
- Strong visual and auditory abilities to communicate effectively and ensure patient safety.
- Fine motor skills for accurate documentation and equipment handling
