Job Description

Position: Executive Vice President (HighLevel Executive)
Location: Dominican Republic
Languages: English C1/C2 (Advanced to Native)
Compliance: Knowledge and application of the current standards and laws of the Dominican Republic

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the companys internal operations ensuring the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Implement and ensure that all processes comply with Dominican standards and laws.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Internal and External Communication: Act as the liaison between management and employees maintaining smooth and effective communication.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovative initiatives to optimize internal processes.
  • Institutional Representation: Represent the company at events meetings and negotiations both nationally and internationally.

Team Management and Departments

The Executive Vice President will oversee the management and coordination of the following departments ensuring that each works aligned with the companys objectives optimizes internal processes and complies with Dominican Republic regulations.

  • Operations Department:
    Responsibilities: Oversee internal processes optimize production and ensure daily efficiency.
    Objective: Ensure that operations meet quality standards and Dominican regulations.
  • Finance Department:
    Responsibilities: Manage financial planning budgeting investment analysis and accounting.
    Objective: Maintain financial stability and provide accurate reports for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Human Resources Department:
    Responsibilities: Handle recruitment training performance evaluation and talent development as well as implement internal policies.
    Objective: Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Marketing and Sales Department:
    Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies promote the brand and manage the sales force.
    Objective: Increase company visibility and drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Technology and Innovation Department:
    Responsibilities: Implement technological solutions to optimize internal processes and facilitate digital transformation.
    Objective: Ensure competitiveness through continuous innovation and efficient technology use.
  • Legal and Compliance Department:
    Responsibilities: Ensure that all activities and internal processes comply with the laws and regulations of the Dominican Republic.
    Objective: Minimize legal risks and maintain corporate integrity at all operational levels.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at the C1/C2 level.
  • Proven experience in highlevel executive positions and business management.
  • Indepth knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Dominican Republic.
  • Outstanding leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage highperformance teams.
