Job Description
Club Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing all leisure clubs within the Anvaya Cove Estate. He will ensure that the overall membership experience is preserved and level of service is consistent throughout the development. He will be involved in formulating strategy improving performance procuring materials and resources and securing compliance at the best interest of the organization.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
1.Leading and managing a team: the Manager will be responsible for managing employees including hiring and training to represent the company brand.
2.Financial management: the Manager will oversee the resorts financial performance including budgeting forecasting and revenue management and ensure that the resort is profitable and operating within its budget.
3.Operations management: the Manager will manage all aspects of the resorts operations including housekeeping food and beverage customer service desks and maintenance.
4.Build and maintain relationships with members guests vendors and other stakeholders.
5.Monitor and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
