Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions is hiring customer service representatives for Clark Pampanga. What follows is an overthephone interview within 2448 business hours or less.
Customer Service Representatives assist customers with their concerns understanding their problems and providing solutions through timely calls chats and/or emails.
*Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of customers
*Adhere to processes and policies implemented by the company and the client
*Identify customers needs clarify information and provide the correct solutions
*Build rapport and engage customers by going the extra mile
*Ensure proper documentation and manage productivity
*Understand set targets and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are met
Tech
- Minimum educational background HS or SHS Grad / College level I.T related course preferred
- willing to work onsite.
- with good English communication skills.
- preferably with 6 months BPO experience TSR or Tech background
