Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration Food Science or any field
- Experience in sales business development manager with Food Supplement manufacturing OEM ODM
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Must have handled more than 10 employees before
- Without derogatory records from recent/previous employment
Job Description:
- Developing a business opportunity with new and prospect customers as well as maintaining a business relationship with existing customers to increase and extend their product portfolios to fulfill the companys Sales Target.
- Researching and reviewing market trends to initiate new business opportunities with prospect customers
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its the strong presence
- Calculating and Providing a cost response to customers RFQ (Request for Quotation) /RFP (Request for Proposal) of a product.
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
