Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Food Technology HRIM and/ or Industrial Engineering
- Background in Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Principles
- Knowledge in Inventory Planning and Control/ Effective Stocks Forecasting
- Exposure in Bakery/ Manufacturing Plant is a plus.
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure daytoday operations in Production Purchasing and Central Warehouse
- Supervise accuracy and costing during monthend inventory
- Control food cost by minimizing spoilage utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO.
- Plan and prepare commissary production schedule BOM and manpower.
- Analyze the overall workflow of commissary production.
- Establish standard procedure for improvement of commissary operations.
- Coordinate with the other departments to ensure proper implementation of corporate systems plans and strategies.
