Job Description
Manages the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
Oversees the creation and of design solutions including imagery charts info graphics and multimedia elements used for marketing advertising sales and other forms of communication.
Consults with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize scope and develop project deliverables and timelines. Ensure designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique high impact materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/ department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Has full authority for personnel
Experienced using a variety of design editing tools and software such as Adobe
Knowledge of color composition typography digital design and production management
Experience
Typically requires 57 years of related experience
2 years supervisory experience
Typically requires a bachelors degree
Computer/ Technical:
Proficient in Office 365 Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
