Job Description

Process Service Desk (SME/MIS)

Must be a bachelors graduate/2 year completed UG of any course
Must have at least 23 years of relevant experience (must have L2 SME experience in a BPO setup supporting Service Desk campaign)
Knowledgeable in dealing with technical/service desk programs using ServiceNow
Amenable to work onsite and can start ASAP
