Job Description
- Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments
- Running the Shift and supervising staff in efficiently serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by acting proactively and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
- Lead & train Food & Beverage staff.
- Monitor inventory levels assist in placing orders and stock control
The Salary range on offer for this role isor $28.87 $32.87 per hour
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage with proven experience leading a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence others
- Demonstrated leadership and team working skills and able to manage schedules
- Ability to problem solve in a fastpaced environment and resolve guest feedback
- Understanding of food and beverage operations inventory and ordering
- A passion for Food & Beverage with the drive to excel your career.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol
