Our client is looking for an IAM Functional Analyst to join the IAM Factory within the Information Security Office.
As a specialist in access rights recertification the IAM Functional Analyst will oversee the processes and tools used to regularly verify and validate user access rights within the organization. The role ensures that the access policy complies with security standards and regulatory requirements while aligning with users roles and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Access Recertification Process
- Plan coordinate and execute regular user access recertification campaigns to reassess authorizations and ensure their appropriateness.
- Verify privileged access ensuring that highrisk accounts are regularly reviewed by the appropriate managers to prevent excessive privileges.
- Automate recertification processes within IAM tools (e.g. automated approval workflows) to streamline and accelerate the campaigns.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work with department managers to involve them in reviewing access rights and validating their necessity.
- Cooperate with security and audit teams to monitor recertification results and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure Compliance and Audit Control
- Ensure recertification processes align with internal security policies and regulatory standards (GDPR ISO 27001 etc..
- Document recertification decisions (addition modification removal of access) for audit and traceability purposes.
- Anomaly and Risk Management
- Identify and address potential access right anomalies (unjustified or excessive access) and take measures to mitigate associated risks.
- Manage exceptions by working with relevant managers to resolve noncompliant or unvalidated access issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
Required Technical Skills
- Experience in access rights recertification
- IT security experience
- General IAM knowledge (RBAC model identity management)

- English: C2 level on the European CEFR scale

Desired Technical Skills
- Experience in a Microsoft and SAP environment
