Ensures that all the gym equipment is maintained and functioning properly at all times.
Poperly maintains the Fitness Center area including equipment as well as cleanliness of the gym and lockers area.
Maintains a positive relationship with Guests and Colleagues by meeting and exceeding their expectations through Heartist approach.
Maintains personal presentation and hygiene as per the grooming standards issued by Accor.
Fitness member and guest details remain confidential.
Reports any hazards risks accidents as required
Abides by and is aware of all relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation
Answers all incoming calls within three rings using the Accor greeting standards.
Constantly reviews the performance and operations of yourself and the department through monitoring LQA results and RPS results.
Always remain professional in attitude manner and presentation providing fitness member and guests with a 5 star Heartist approach.
Keeps abreast of all product knowledge ranging from daily functions services and facilities available and marketing and promotional activities.
Assist guests with general enquiries providing accurate and detailed information
Competently uses workplace equipment and computers with no mishandling or misuse of the hotel computer system
Qualifications :
OPERA
For foreigners only those currently living in Japan will be entertained Previous customer related experience an asset
Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
Position requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
Knowledge of fitness OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are an asset.
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
