The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below but not limited to these:
In charge of all operation for Room and Banquet sales
- In charge of meetings from the hearing of the guests to the day
- To establish quotes and negotiate prices confirming by written contracts
- To work closely with the other sections and partner companies to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
- To work to create new plans improve materials and tools and increase customer attraction and contract rates
- Management of bridal fairs and the other events
- To maintain accounts contact activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
- To support to S&P Manager. To prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports as required
- Answering emails phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
To follow departmental policies and procedures

- Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests
- To have basic knowledge for sales and interested in the hotel industry as a whole
- To keep up with checking and reporting duties to your supervisor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required (Japanese and English etc.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical aspects of this position include the following but are not limited to
- Mostly office work in the office floor
- Some light works such as inspections and attending the guests
